Our Meat + Fish Nutrition Program is a thoughtfully designed 4-day collection of chef-prepared, dietician approved plant-forward meals created to fuel your body and support your wellness with science-backed nutrition.

Every meal is fully cooked and ready to heat in 5 minutes or less using a stove, toaster oven, or microwave. All programs are always gluten-free, dairy-free, peanut-free and egg-free, and are made with only unrefined sugars and agave as a sweetener; as well as grass-fed, pasture raised meats and wild caught fish. Deliveries are currently available within Los Angeles only and will arrive between 3pm and 11pm on the Sunday before your program start date.
